Remove the Cover
The Graco car seat cover is a plastic piece that snaps into place over the regular seat belt to help keep your child safe in the car. The cover can be difficult to remove, so follow these instructions to get it off safely and easily:
1) Find the release button
The Graco car seat cover has a release button on the side. Press it firmly and the cover should pop off easily.
2) Remove the straps
