Exhaust: The hot gases exiting from each cylinder are forced out through one or more tailpipes. This exhaust gas is then processed by various components before being released into the atmosphere.

The Piston and Cylinder

The piston and cylinder are the most important parts of a car engine. The piston is the part that moves up and down in the cylinder, and the cylinder is where the fuel and air mixture is burned to create power.

The Valve Gear

The valves on a car engine open and close to control the flow of air and gasoline into and out of the engine. The valves are also responsible for changing the pitch of the engine’s sound.

The Fuel Injection System
