How to Flush 2011 Chevy Cruze Clutch And Brake Fluid

If you’re experiencing a grinding or pulsing sound when you hit the gas or brake pedal, it might be time to flush your 2011 Chevy Cruze clutch and brake fluid. Here’s how to do it:

1. Open the hood of your car and locate the four bolts that hold on the clutch cover. Remove these bolts and lift off the cover.

2. Remove the cap from the brake fluid reservoir and unscrew it. Pour about 3 quarts of brake fluid into the reservoir, replace the cap, and screw it back onto the tank.

3. Park your car in a level spot and attach the hose from the brake fluid reservoir to the bleed nipple on the master cylinder (see illustration). Turn on the engine and let it idle for about 10 minutes while you bleed the brakes.

4. Reconnect all of your hardware, lower the cover, and re-install it onto the car. Re-fill your clutch fluid reservoir as needed.

To flush Chevy Cruze clutch and brake fluid, you will need the following tools:

-Clutch pressure gauge
