: 1) Lie down and spread your sunscreen liberally over your entire body. If using a foam spray, hold it about 12 inches from your skin and spray evenly.

3) Cover your face with a rag (or old shirt if you have one). Keep the rag tight against your face and turn your head away from the sun.
4) Rub the sunscreen into all of your skin, especially around the eyes, nose and mouth. Rinse off with water when done.
5) If using a foam spray, hold it about 12 inches from the surface you are applying it to and squirt several times until an even layer is applied. It is important to use enough since too much may make you wet through and less coverage will be achieved. Spray evenly onto the surface then wait 10 minutes before continuing.
