The latch is usually located near the middle or rear of the car seat. 2. Lift up on the side panels. Gently pull up on both side panels to remove the car seat from your car. 3. Pull down on the straps to release the harnesses. If your child is still strapped in, simply pull down on the straps until they’re free. 4. Remove any excess fabric from around the seats and car.
